Susan W. Kaiwi, a native Austinite, holds both Bachelors and Masters degrees in Secondary Education with specific concentration in Speech Communications and Theatre Arts. Ms. Kaiwi established The Etiquette School of Austin in March of 1994, training all ages in etiquette and social skills. She has expanded her program to include every facet of etiquette and image training, conducting private consultations by appointment, and developing customized programs for individuals as well as businesses. Additionally, she writes a monthly etiquette column for Austin Family magazine.
